💰 Returns And Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the conditions below before requesting a refund or return.
✅ Eligible Refunds / Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item or color
- The product arrived damaged
- The order did not arrive within 60 days (for tracked shipments)
- The item is significantly different from the product description or images
If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Once verified, we’ll resend or refund your order promptly.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
- The item was delivered correctly and as described
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- The item was used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Delivery was delayed due to customs, holidays, or an incorrect address
- The buyer entered an incorrect shipping address
🔁 Return Policy
As our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened or used.
If your return is approved:
- We’ll provide the return address and instructions
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer
💳 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
📩 How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
Email us at support@tryrika with the subject line:
“Refund Request – Order #XXXX”
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Short description of the problem
- Photo of parcel
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
1. Please allow a 0-2 cm error due to manual measurement. Thanks for your understanding.
2. Monitors are not calibrated the same, the item color displayed in photos may be slightly different from the real object. Please take the real one as standard.
